Prism Table was designed by Maurie Novak for MN Design – an emerging Architectural and Design practice located in Melbourne, Australia – as a thought provoking piece that takes one visual concept and applies it to another. While refracting light passing through crystals creates prisms, this coffee table is made with Stainless Steel and glass, colourful light refraction will happen seldom if at all.

Paris-based French hyperrealist artist, Jacques Bodin’s work focuses on the photographic deviations from reality in depth of field, wide angle, lighting, and focus anomalies. His paintings, generally of extremely large dimensions, are executed from photos projected on the canvas with a video projector. Jacques explains: “I explore diverse subject themes such as grass, fruits, hair, trees and my work is organized in the manner in which I capture my subjects to depict them with meticulous attention.”

Marvel Iron Man 3 Mark XXXIX “Starboost” Collectible Figure

Hot Toys presents this 1/6th scale collectible of the Iron Man Mark XXXIX “Starboost” armor, which made its debut in Iron Man 3. The figure stands about 30cm tall and comes with a stage, flexible posing pillar, two face masks and three pairs of interchangeable palms. Special features include 36 points of articulation and LED lit eyes, an arc reactor and repulsor beams. The figure is expected to release late 2014 for $270 USD. Featuring an art collection of over 1,000 pieces, the office and meeting space keeps the visionary inspired as he sketches ideas for new designs. Pet goldfish, signed Air Jordans, and the now well-known bust of Abraham Lincoln, the office is littered with pop culture-inspired artwork that is as fresh and relevant as Parker himself.
